Family Fun Saturday

This weekend we went down to Park City. We went shopping and went to lunch at this fabulous BBQ joint. Scott's parents and his Sister and her Family were there. It was fun. We were hoping to see some nice colorful leafs but they hadn't changed yet. Sad. But the delicious brisket I ate was definitely worth the drive.

Babies, babies, babies

This weekend we went to my BFF's baby shower. It was great fun. We spent about 45 minutes moving this canopy from one place to another- Emily knows what I'm talking about. Emily is due in November. Me and Mad just love her. She looks quite fabulous being pregnant. The only place she's gained weight is in her belly. Lame. She got so much cute stuff. It made me want to have another baby so I could get cute stuff. Good reason to have a baby, right? We spent the night at my parents house. Me and my Mom spent the night reading, " The Hunger Games," series. I had read them all and she was just starting number 2. So about every 5 minutes I'd ask her what was going on in the book. It was great fun.

Madison is quite activie these days. She is crawling and climbing furniture. She's quite the handful. She is hilarious. When I went to pick her up from daycare on Monday she was on the floor playing and she crawled over this other little girl and ripped a toy out of her hand and put it into her own mouth. Do I have a future bully on my hands? Life is great! Mad's growing so fast it's hard to believe she'll be a year old in just a few months.

3 Year Anniversary

I can't believe it's been 3 years since we got married. It seems like it flew by but also at the same time it seems like so long ago. We've had a great 3 years. Scott is the best I could ask for. He take such good care of his girls. He treats me so good. Never yells at me.. not even when I'm tired and I try picking a fight with him. He works so hard to give us the best. I know a lot of the time he feels like he doesn't do enough but he is the best. I have the best life because of him. I love you Scott! Some of my favorite memories of these past years are.. our wedding, of course. Did you see my dress? It was gorgeous- oh, and Scott looked good too.

The time I made him mad because he didn't defrost our hamburgers before he grilled them, then they fell apart. And the next day he mad me mad because I didn't cook the velveeta cheese right and I knew he was silently rubbing it in.

We've had some great times. I couldn't ask for a better husband. He cleans, cooks, listens to me whine. Ahh... Love you Scott!

Willow Park Zoo

For Labor Day Scott had to work all day so we decided to celebrate by going to our town's little zoo. Madison was a little grumpy since it cut into nap time but she loved swinging on the swings. She was too small to really care about the animals, not that our zoo really has any cool animals worth seeing. But it's free and it's kind of adorable.

These are from a lunch with my two great friends, Ang and Megs. Megs, the blonde, was pregnant during this time and didn't even tell us! She even told us how fertile her family is. What a bad friend.

We got Mad's 7 month pictures done at the end of August and man are they cute. My baby is just the cutest! Here are some of our favorites...











Nothing too new with our family. Scott is way busy with his last year of school, work and an internship. Madison is already 7 1/2 months! I can't believe it. She is crawling every where, climbing on furniture and saying Mama occasionally. Not sure if she knows I'm Mama, but I'll take it. Next week Scott and I celebrate our 3 year anniversary. 3 years? Man, time goes by fast. Love you Scott!
